We know that every person is different. That’s why we offer personalized wellness plans that take into account each individual’s unique health condition, including lifestyle factors (i.e. nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress levels, and relationships) and genetics.

This type of approach is critically important today as more and more chronic and complex disease conditions (including heart disease, cancer, degenerative brain conditions, mental instability, autoimmune conditions and diabetes) are steadily increasing. Typical prescriptions simply mask the underlying problem, and can further weaken an already compromised system.

Detox and Reboot | 30 days

We begin with the premise that we live in an environment that takes a serious toll on the body.

  • Diet and nutritional support plan specifically designed to support the detox pathways in the body
  • Education on how to:
    • see food as medicine
    • relieve stress in the body and mind
    • let go of emotional responses that no longer serve you
    • set you on a course to success.
  • Labs taken at the end of the month

Wellness I | Three months

  • Determining the ideal diet for you. Trigger foods are introduced after the detox phase. As foods are slowly reintroduced, you will discover which foods help balance your constitution
  • Functional supplementation to address any underlying mineral and nutrient imbalances
  • Balancing brain chemistry using labs and assessments
  • Classes on how to develop a self-practice of either yoga or exercise and self-massage
